From January 27st the complete Finista Swift program will be available to all customers via our online store.After undertaking multiple business wide training sessions from October 2020 to introduce the new offer to staff including the strategic reasoning, branding, market challenges, recent customer behaviours, and the actual program I am pleased to share this communication as inventory has reached Perth and we can no “go live” nationally.
For the last 2 months we have been selling via a targeted approach and I’m pleased to share early reports from both customers and staff have been very positive about the programs market relevance. This month already we have sold over 34K of the new program so now its time to enact the sales strategy and approach the identified targets as priority.
TM’s now have samples, brochures (electronic and hardcopies) and some Finista merchandise is on the way to help engage more customer conversations during FEB (more on this soon from Elzette).
As customers complete projects with Finista Swift, we would really appreciate the opportunity to engage further and capture some lifestyle images in different applications such as, home office, wardrobe, kitchen and bathroom. Please contact Elzette if you have any customers wanting to show off their wares so we can further promote the program into the future.
